Instructions For Students
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
  • A candidate seeking admission to BBA or MBA programme should fill the admission form (attached to the prospectus) legibly and in capital letters after carefully reading the prospectus and instructions. He / She will need to indicate the choice of programme he/she wishes to undertake in the space provided for the purpose.
  • 2) The fee structure and details:
  • For BBA, the student shall need to remit the tuition, registration and examination fees and penalty/late fee (if any) in two crossed demand drafts (DDs) ONLY - one for the university drawn in favour of Finance Officer, KSOU, payable at Mysore and the other for ShaShib Group of Institutions
  • For MBA, the student shall need to remit the tuition, registration and examination fees and penalty/late fee (if any) in two crossed demand drafts (DDs) ONLY - one for the university drawn in favour of Finance Officer, KSOU, payable at Mysore and the other for ShaShib Group of Institutions
  • Any payments to the study centre/KSOU should be made by demand draft (DD) ONLY. No other form of payment will be accepted under any circumstances, except for that in the prospectus.
  • 3) Candidates while sending the application form shall follow the instructions given below:
  • The application form duly filled-in should be submitted to the study centre on or before the last date as mentioned in the Sha-Shib Group website.
  • The candidates should submit three copies of stamp size photographs of which one must be pasted to the application form at the space provided and one on the identity card. The third copy must be put in a separate envelope and attached to the application form. On the back of each of these photographs the candidate must mention his/her name, programme, semester and serial number of the admission application form.
  • Before remitting the prescribed fees please make sure that you fulfill all the eligibility conditions for admission to the programme applied for and enclose all the supporting certificates. Submission of certificates at a later date will not be entertained. The fees once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • 4) The candidates shall submit the filled-in-application forms along with two crossed DDs, identity card and certificates to the respective study centres. The study centres shall forward these applications  after verifying the original certificates and certifying the photocopies by the authorised person of the study centre, along with the seal of the study centre. The study centres shall return the original certificates and the candidate copy of receipt for admission form to the candidate and retain its copy of the receipt with them.
    5) Admission made to any programme is provisional until the time the University finally approves it.
    6) Money orders, IPO, or any other mode of payments will not be accepted, Sha-Shib Group and the University will not be responsible for any loss through such mode of payment.
    7) Candidates are required to preserve carefully, the receipt of the fees paid and a photocopy of the demand draft for all payments made to the Sha-Shib Group of Institutions and the University, as it is the only valid document accepted. They may have to produce it at the time of obtaining the examination admission ticket, marks cards or any other documents.
    8) An identity card bearing the permanent roll no, will be issued to every candidate after the admission is finalised by the KSOU.
    9) In all correspondence with the University, the candidate shall quote his/her applicatin no./roll no. and the programme applied for.
    10) The programme fee has to be paid by quoting the application number on the back of the demand drafts.
